I got this as a Christmas present.  I put it together but have been unable to use it do to serious health problems that have arisen.  So, it's literally brand new.  I still have the original box.  This includes the stability bar so you can gain strength, balance and confidence safely.  The Bosu "half ball" piece itself can be used completely on its own as well.
